Nude Skin Patch Disrobes WoW Toons!

In an important development, it seems that a cousin of the nude skin patch that had TSO Sims dropping their drawers all over EA's servers has now made it to massively multiplayer hack-fest World of Warcraft. The recently launched MMOrgy.com, which takes as its laudable goal the chronicling of all things MMO-naughty, now has a variety of screens on the site showing WoW toons that are topless, bottomless or both. Of course, WoW itself doesn't provide this important functionality, so it remains to be seen just how this has been achieved. One hopes an add-on has been in the offing and that these are not just retouched screenies. The Herald will, of course, keep you apprised on this important breaking story.
Thanks to SL's own Zero Grace for the tip. And note: If you want to write about sex in MMOs, MMOrgy is still looking for correspondents from the many virtual worlds it does not yet cover. Then again, you could just write about it for us--and we'll even pay you.
I just came here from a link in The Escapist (escapistmagazine.com) and I didn't appreciate seeing that topless image, as I happen to be at work right now...

The Escapist is not responsible for the content of the Second Life Herald, which is actually a family newspaper. Not your family, perhaps, but a family newspaper nonetheless. I mean, the thing reports on virtual worlds, what did you expect if not a topless toon?

The one from DEVFreak is different than the one that we're talking about here.
It doesn't work for harpies, dirads or nagas.
So were do we download the one we're talking about on this page ?

This isn't an add-on, you must put it in your Data Folder from your WoW Folder

There was a post above from Warlock 101 they had a link to a nude patch however the link is nolonger valid. Out of all the nude mids that was the best. With the new wow patch 4.0 it took out the nude files or overwrote them i should say. I would like that exact mod back. please can someone link it to a valid link? Thank You

I am reworking a nude patch, and have made some progress. if you want it faster, take an old one, open it in lariq'w MPQ editor and re save it after removing and re adding the patched files. this will date them later than the originals, and you will get your beautiful BE back ;). I will post a link here when I am done with mine, if anyone asks...

I've only been able to get 1 to work with Windows XP, and that was the poorly modelled Patch-X floating around...none of the ones at the link Chris specified work

Does anyone know how to edite the image files themselves?
I am skilled in 3d imagery, but none of my image editors, (including the 3D modelling ones) will work. What are the patch makers using to edit the files??
